Billing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 10 imports, one AI product page and the full editor, so you can see exactly what you'd get. Publishing pages starts on Basic, which has a 3-day free trial.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your regular Shopify invoice. You can pay monthly or yearly (yearly saves 20%), and you can change or cancel your plan from the app at any time.
What does “fair use” mean?
Imports and AI pages are unlimited on paid plans for normal store use. The monthly fair-use numbers are there to stop automated abuse; a growing store won't reach them.
What's an AI text task?
One AI rewrite of a product's title and description, one translation of a page, or one rewrite of a single page block. Generating a whole page doesn't count against them.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrades start right away. A move to a smaller paid plan starts at your next billing date. Pages already published stay live if you drop to Free, but you can't publish new ones.
